Procedure
1kg Chicken
1 Packet Tomato Puree
1 Packet Cream
1 kg Onion (Round Sliced)
4 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
250 gm Dahi
2 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Red Chilly Powder
1 tablespoon Salt
Steps
Fry Chicken golden brown on slow gas
In same oil Fry Onion on slow flame
Add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree.
keep masala on slow flame till masala is well cooked.
Add Dahi, milk if required. Cook for a few minutes.
Add chicken and cover it, cook till well cooked.
