500gm Chicken Kebab
Carrots
Mushrooms (2 packets)
Beans
Corn Flour (1 - 2 spoons)
Onions (2)
Red, Yellow & Green Chili Bell Pepper (1 each)
Milk / Water 3 glass
½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon red chilli powder
Cream (½ pack)
Add 1 big spoon Oil & butter
Add Onions keep flame slow then add vegetables, then after few minutes add mushrooms, fry for few minutes on slow frame.
Add kebabs fry for 10 mins, add water or milk 3 glass, then add cream in it & corn flour solution slowly .
Cover the dish & let it cook for few minutes.
