Serves: 6 - 8 people
Kadhi has to be made in two different parts, first one being the Kadhi Curry and the second one is Pakoda’s. You can start with making Kadhi and ingredients are as follows
Curd (400 gm)
Gram Flour (150 gm / 1 small bowl )
Salt (1 tblspoon)
Red Chilli Powder (1 tblspoon)
Turmeric Powder (1 tblspoon)
Water (1.5 ltr)
Curry Leaves (10 leaves)
Methi Dana (½ tblspoon)
Jeera (½ tblspoon)
Black Mustard Seed (½ tblspoon)
Garlic (6)
Green Chili (4)
Add Curd, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Gram Flour & mix well & then add water to make it thin.
Switch on Stove & Add 2 tblspoon Mustard oil in a utensil & heat it, Jeera, Black Mustard & Methi Dana in the given order one by one when they start to crackle.
Add Green Chilli & Garlic & again add ½ tblspoon Turmeric & salt again & add paste.
Keep mixing it in clockwise slowly till one boil comes, while in the process don't remove the Ladle (Chamcha).

Salt (½ tblspoon)
Turmeric (½ tblspoon)
Red Chilli Powder (½ tblspoon)
Onion ( 2 medium Sized)
Coriander Powder (½ tblspoon)
Make thick paste & then start making pakoda's on slow flame and then gradually increase the flame. After they are fried keep them aside & then add them in Kadi.
