1 kg maida
2 Eno
2 big scoop dahi
5 tablespoon ghee
1 glass lukewarm water
Chole (white)
250gm kabuli chana
2 tablespoon Chole Masala
3 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
2 Big Onions Paste
5 Tomato Puree
1 Big Elaichi
2 Tej Pata
4 long
4 Black Pepper
¼ tablespoon Sauf
¼ Ajwain
1 tablespoon Red Chilli
½ tablespoon Haldi
1 tablespoon Salt
4 tablespoon Channa Masala
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
Procedure
Heat Oil in a pan, add all Khade Masale
Add Ginger Garlic Paste, after 3 mins add Onion Paste, Fry for 5-7 mins
Add Salt, Red Chilli, Dhaniya Powder, Haldi, Kastoori Methi, Garam Masala, Chana Masala. Fry for 5 mins.
Add Tomato Purre, Fry for 7 mins till masala releases Oil.
Add Boiled Chole, Add 1 glass water and let it cook for 5 mins.
