1 Bowl Pasta (7 Hands full)
4 Tomato (Big)
2 Onion
5-6 Cloves Garlic
Small Node of Ginger
½ tablespoon Red Chilli
½ Tablespoon Salt
⅔ Tablespoon Black Pepper
Procedure
Boil Pasta, Add Little Oil & Salt
Make Purre of Ginger, Garlic, Onion & Tomato.
On a Pan Add one tablespoon Oil, Add Onion, Garlic & Ginger Paste
Heat for 3-4 Mins, Add Tomato Purre and Heat for 5 mins
Add Strained Pasta, Mix Well & Cover it after slowing down the Stove for 3 Mins.
