Ingredients
500 gms Chicken
2 Tej Pata
1 spoon Sauf
1 spoon Dhaniya Seeds
6 Black Pepper
6 Black cloves
1 star
1 Big stick of Dal Chini
500 gms Rice (15 mins in water before preparation)
4-5 spoon Dahi
4-5 choti Elaichi
2 Badi Elaichi
Red Color
1 onion whole without peel
2 onion chopped
1 garlic whole
2 spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 spoon Salt
6 Green Chillies
Method
Put chicken in Pan, Add water till the water is almost 2 times the chicken level, add the whole onion, 1 garlic, dalchini, Black Pepper, star, Badi Elaichi, Tej Pata in water.
Take a Muslin Cloth, add Dhaniya seeds & Sauf & tie a knot & put it in water. Boil the water for 10mins. After that take out chicken pieces & strain the water, squeeze out the ingredients properly to ensure all their flavour comes in Zakhni (stock).
Take a Pan add oil in it & Fry onion till Red Brown on medium flame and take it out separately.
Add Elaichi, Black Cloves, fry for 1-2 minutes then add Green Chillies & Ginger Garlic Paste, Fry for 1-2 mins then add Chicken in it, Fry for 3-5 mins then add Dahi in it & fry for 4 mins.
Add Rice in it and water twice the rice level & cover it to boil. Once it gets Boiled add fried Onions & little of Color to Rice, on slow flame cook it for few minutes & close it.
Garnish it with Onion Rings
